2016 FUJI Year in Review
As 2016 comes to a close, we thank our loyal fans, followers and customers. This was a historic year in every sense of the word, from two Olympic medals to the launch of FUJIFit, we at Hatashita and FUJI Sports have been busy increasing our product line and expanding our company in various areas. We are looking forward to serving you in 2017.
Here are some highlights from 2016!
Hatashita Sports and FUJI Athlete Travis Stevens had an awesome showing at the 2016 Rio Olympics and returned with a silver medal, and Kayla Harrison brought home an unprecedented second Olympic gold medal! Both athletes have big things planned for 2017, and we're looking forward to supporting them all the way.
We were proud to announce the launch of FUJI Fit; our new athletic program designed for grappling athletes, by grappling athletes. Complete with training routines and all the gear you need to achieve your best fighting shape.
FUJI Mats continues to outfit martial arts clubs across the country like Ribeiro Jiu Jitsu, ATOS Headquarters, and we're currently remodeling the Renzo Gracie gym in NYC! We are also the official mat provider for IJF Veteran World Championship, NABJJF, USJA/USJF National Championship, FUJI BJJ Championship Series tournaments and Jimmy Pedro's Judo Challenge .
We've released a ton of new gear available at both Hatashita Sports and FUJI Sports, including the long awaited Suparaito BJJ gi in black, the commemorative JP1 Limited Edition judo gi, and the Kayla Harrison Fearless line of gis and athletic apparel. We've also redesigned custom team gear for Renzo Gracie, SBG, and CKO Kickboxing!
