Care and Sizing Instructions
All FUJI Gis are preshrunk. However, this does not mean your gi will not shrink. We recommend cold wash and hang dry; with this method your gi will only shrink up to one inch. Do not bleach. If your height and weight fall into different size categories, we recommend you choose the larger of the two sizes. Items can be returned as long as they have not been washed or worn for practice.

LIKE MINDED JIU-JITSU ARIZONA

"Excellent Gi – Fuji Keeps Getting Better! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been training Jiu-Jitsu for 30 years and have owned easily a couple hundred gis from just about every brand out there. Fuji has been around for a long time, and I’ve watched their quality continue to improve over the years. I absolutely love the SEKAI 3.0! The quality, comfort, and fit are excellent. I’m 5’10”, 182 lbs, and the A3 fits me perfectly. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase, and I’m looking forward to seeing what Fuji releases next!"

We defy Gi

"Love the Gi, however, I wish you could allow us to mix and match top and pants sizes. The A2/A2H pants that come with its respective top, are too big for me. I had to buy separate pants (A1) to wear."

— Gunther C. (5/5)

Disappointing for the price

"Material is nice enough but the stitching is extremely sloppy in places and i have a loose thread hanging off one cuff. Not bad enough to send it back but worse quality than i would expect at this price point."

— Daniel a. (2/5)

"Feels great!"

— Mazin (5/5)

"Great product. Their size guide is helpful. Fuji A3 is a perfect for me where other brands I'm typically A2. Suparaito is easily one of the most comfortable."

Q&A

Just started training and reallyinterested in this Gi. Need something much lighter than what I have and more flexibility in the pants. I’m 5’9” and weigh about 220. Goal is to get closer to 200 soon. I plan on washing and drying. I’ll try not to dry all the time. I’m sure it will go in here and there. I currently use a A3 with the gi provided by my school. Your size chart looks like A3 may work. However I’m on the lower end of the height. Any suggestions? Thanks
Our gi sizing is based on weight first followed by height. Sizing cannot be guaranteed because everyone is built differently. You fall under the guidelines for size A3H. If the GI is still long after being washed you can have it hemmed to fit you better
Is the Suparaito BJJ Gi IBJJF approved? Thank you.
It is not. This is our only IBJJF-Approved GI (white, blue and black) - https://fujisports.com/products/ibjjf-competition-bjj-gi-white
What weight and height is an A1L?
5'5"-5'9" and 110-140 lbs
How much does an A1 size weight?
The Suparaito GI is 350 gsm. The weight is approximately 3 lbs
Hi I usually use Fuji superraito or Sekai for competitions but in Japan for competition (IBJJF rule ) since this month , need to wear IBJJF 2024 approval gi . So will fuji sell new superraito or Sekai soon witch is suitable for IBJJF new rules ?
We have a new gi that is coming out soon that will meet all of the NEW IBJJF rules that come into effect in late 2024. Until then, most of our gis are legal to use in competitions.
