Care and Sizing Instructions
To preserve the life and fit of your Mizuno Judo Gi we recommend cold wash and hang dry. With this method your gi will shrink only up to one inch. Do not bleach if your heigh and weight fall into two different sizesm then we recommend the larger of the two sizes. Items can be returned as long as they have not been washed or worn.

"I bought a size 4. Jacket shrank with cold water and the size is fine. The pants were huge. I tried shrinking pants with hot water and in the dryer. But the we’re still very large and I had to have the pants shortened. A Fuji size 4 is perfect for me. For the price I’d stay with fuji."

A Beanpole Tries Judo

"Since I am ~5' 8'' and 120 lbs (a beanpole, I know), I ordered a size 4. This ended up being very large, almost too large for competition. It is okay in terms of length, a bit on the long side, but width... I have been trying to shrink it in the dryer to get it to work and it's fine for practicing in, but there's a lot of extra fabric. I don't know if sizing down would have been better. Other than that, it's very hardy, exactly what it should be and what I expected. Very high quality."

For a 164cm / 65kg which is the correct size?
GI sizing goes by weight and than height. We cannot guarantee sizing due to everyone being built so differently. You fall under the guidelines for size 3
My son is 9 years old and I ordered a size 0/140, but my son will be quite big because I tried it on and I have a little small, how can I do it now, is it possible to change the size? Instead of 0/140, let&#x27;s replace it with 00/130
