Care and Sizing Instructions
To preserve the life and fit of your Mizuno Judo Gi we recommend cold wash and hang dry. With this method your gi will shrink only up to one inch. Do not bleach if your heigh and weight fall into two different sizesm then we recommend the larger of the two sizes. Items can be returned as long as they have not been washed or worn.

"Mizuno Japan Yusho Judo Gi is very nice. I would give it 5 stars if I could pick the size of the pants and Judoji separately. I wear a size 6 top and size 4 pants. This judoji is expensive and its even worse when you have to purchase an extra pair of pants on top of original price. I think the pants go for about 90 dollars. im 230 lb 5' 10" hope this helps you a little."
