How to return or exchange your item
Items may be returned provided they have not been washed, worn, soiled or altered in any way. Any item that is received as a return and is in a non re-sellable condition as new (garments that have been washed, worn during practice, or soiled) cannot be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer.
If your item is returned properly folded in a non-ripped bag, and is clean and not worn, there is no charge for your return/exchange. Please follow the instructions on the Returns/Exchanges Form which was sent with your order. If necessary, you can also download and print a copy of the Return Form here. Return shipping to our warehouse will be covered by the customer.

Once your return has been sent, please send package tracking information to email@example.com. All refunds/exchanges will be processed upon receipt of your return.

All continental USA orders are shipped via UPS Ground. If you'd like your order shipped Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3-Day Select, you must choose your desired option when you check out in the shopping cart. If you have an urgent order, it's best to shoot us an email or call us to let us know that it's urgent. Any requests for expedited orders must be received by noon EST. Any orders that request USPS service will ship in 1 or 2 business days from placement.
