"Mizuno definitely run big so do not go by the size chart. I am 5'10" and 195. I ordered a 3. 5 based on other reviews and after two washes this gi fits me perfectly. I have also purchased a Fuji Euro Comp but I prefer the fit and overall feel of the Mizuno over the Euro Comp. I will definitely be buying another."

"I am 6’1”” 180 pounds lean vascular build. Size 4. 0 is THE perfect fit after 3 washes: (1) cold wash, hang dry (as I do my BJJ Gi’s). (2) cold wash, low tumble dryer machine (after noticing sleeves could use some shrinking). (3) Still needed more shrinking, so did warm wash cold rinse, high tumble dryer machine. Result: perfect. First bought 4. 5 and that was way too big so returned and did the aforementioned. Decided all that planning after reading many comments about size running large. I am very pleased with product and service. Fantastic value for the money as I trust the long term durability holds true to the Mizuno reputation."
