Care and Sizing Instructions
To preserve the life and fit of your Mizuno Judo Gi we recommend cold wash and hang dry. With this method your gi will shrink only up to one inch. Do not bleach if your heigh and weight fall into two different sizesm then we recommend the larger of the two sizes. Items can be returned as long as they have not been washed or worn.

Mizuno yusho gi

"I think it’s a nice gi. I’m 6ft 1 inch tall 215lb I ordered a 4.5. I think it’s expensive but I always wanted to try a Mizuno. I’m not sure if I should have ordered the next size up. A size 5 might be too big. I don’t know. What are your thoughts? I like how Fuji delivers products quickly and neatly. Overall, I’ve always liked ordering products from Fuji."

Is this gi double woven ?
The Mizuno Yusho GI is double weave
hi i am a size 170 in my ippongear and every other kit i have already owned , i have read the reviews on size and they have been mixed i am 5.7 feet tall and weight 74kg around 166lbs what size what you say is best for me ?
GI sizing goes by weight and then height. For the Mizuno Yusho you fall under the guidelines for size 3. This GI is not preshrunk so it will be very big out of the bag. They say the sleeve should fall between your wrist and knuckles when your arms are stretched straight in front of you before washing. We recommend washing the gi in cold water and hang drying for the first couple of washing to avoid over shrinking. If the gi requires additional shrinkage after that, you can wash in hot water and tumble dry.
Hi I have a jason morris fuji gi that is a 3.5 and fits perfect. Am 166 cm and 75kg. But according to this sizing am a 2.5. What size would you recommend
Yes, these measurements do fall under the guidelines for size 2.5 for the Mizuno Yusho
