The Ippon Gear Legends 2 is Ippon Gear's premium competition model and made for legendary judo moments. The IJF approved judo uniform combines the highest quality with an athletic cut. The high-quality embroidery on top of the shoulders adds a unique look to the Ippon Gear Legend. As with all Ippon Gear competition judo suits, we offer our the Mix & Match system on the Ippon Gear Legend. This means that you are able to choose judo jacket and pant separately to enable each athlete to pick the perfect size on both parts of the judo uniform. This is for the JACKET Only. Pants may be purchased below.

"I purchased these pants because I struggled with sizing on a lot of different brands but ippon gear let’s you mix and match your gi and pant which is perfect for me since I have a longer upper body and shorter legs and these pair of pants fit perfectly and we’re very comfortable to train in."
"I’m 5’11. 5” and about 195lbs to 200lbs. True to size with my longer legs. I’ll make sure I hang dry so it doesn’t shrink more though. Yet the washing and drying instruction tag says to hang dry anyway. These fit more true to size for me than the Double Weave Judo Gi Pants."

"Never in my 35 years of judo have I ever found pants that didn't need to be hemmed or altered. I'm 5'9" and 190-200 lbs with a stocky muscular build. I normally wear a 29 or 30" inseam in jeans, and the 3.5 size was perfect! The pants fit TRUE TO SIZE, so go off of the chart 100%! I love how you can mix and match to customize your fit! I wish more high-end brands did this... (maybe one day Mizuno?). Ippon Gear NAILED IT! Right out of the bag these IJF Legend 2's slid on like butter! Measurements were literally custom fit just for me! So comfortable yet high quality and heavily reinforced in just the right spots. The drawstring and stitching was perfect! I could have worn the darn things 24/7 they were that comfortable! The cotton and design cut they are using is spot on! I believe they are made in Germany. Never in my 35 years of doing judo have I ever found the perfect size pant, well Ippon Gear broke the streak!"
