Care and Sizing Instructions
To preserve the life and fit of your Mizuno Judo Gi we recommend cold wash and hang dry. With this method your gi will shrink only up to one inch. Do not bleach if your heigh and weight fall into two different sizesm then we recommend the larger of the two sizes. Items can be returned as long as they have not been washed or worn.

Comfortable fit

"5’11.5” and 200lbs. Size 6 is good for me as I have longer legs. Yet I have to wash and dry the pants a couple of times inorder for it to shrink down to a more accurate size for me. After two wash and dryer cycles the pants still hit the floor and I have the pants above belly button. Yet it definitely shrinks when put in the dryer though. Jacket is longer yet it still fits my frame. Gi feels durable enough yet lightweight so good for hot summers. Seems as if it is quality material and well made. Needed an extra uniform so I thought this would be good for my taller and lean frame. IPPON GEAR IJF JUDO SLIM FIT JACKET OLYMPIC 2 WHITE and pants sold separately are my favorite Judo Gi for my build and size. Yet this lightweight Gi is another great option for me."

Worst fitting judo Gi

"I purchased a size 5 of this gi, which is supposed to fit someone weighing 160–190 pounds. I chose this size expecting it to be a good fit, especially after the gi shrank from washing. The material itself is good, but unfortunately, the cut and proportions of the gi are extremely disappointing. The pants are at least two sizes larger than the jacket, making the overall fit look very unbalanced. This is honestly one of the worst fitting judo gis I have ever purchased. After washing it twice, the sleeves are an acceptable length, but the jacket itself is still excessively long. The pants remain much too large compared with the jacket, and the overall fit is so awkward that it looks almost like a clown costume when I wear it. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this gi. The material may be decent, but the poor and disproportionate fit makes it very difficult to wear comfortably. Save your money and look for a better fitting judo gi."

For a 164cm / 65kg which is the correct size?
GI sizing goes by weight and than height. We cannot guarantee sizing due to everyone being built so differently. You fall under the guidelines for size 3
My son is 9 years old and I ordered a size 0/140, but my son will be quite big because I tried it on and I have a little small, how can I do it now, is it possible to change the size? Instead of 0/140, let&#x27;s replace it with 00/130
